What are they: Adidas consortium partner SneakersnStuff released this collaboration in 2016. At the time I had just paid re-sell for my Hypebeast Ultraboosts (only about $50 over retail) so I didn’t try for these. Since then, prices have just gone through the roof
Why do I want them: I am not inspired by the golf connection or anything. I just think they look really cool. I love the primeknit pattern on the 1.0s best (controversial I know) and I think this colourway brings it out quite well. I am a sucker for black and white sneakers anyway.
It seems increasingly unlikely I will find a pair in my size at a reasonable price at this point but this is one of my weekly searches.
